• Visa for administrator
Applies residence permit for foreign company that invests in national company, appointing a foreigner as administrator, manager or executive with management powers, to represent civil or commercial society, economic group or conglomerate with foreign investment in established company in the country.
• Concomitance request
Allow companies belonging to the same economic group or conglomerate having the same stranger to exercise concurrent administrator, Manager, Director or Executive with management powers in more than one company.
• Visa for foreign investor
Allow companies belonging to the same economic group or conglomerate having the same stranger to exercise concurrent administrator, Manager, Director or Executive with management powers in more than one company.
• Work visa
Applies that visa abroad for work purposes with employment in Brazil.
The contract of employment shall be determined for up to 2 (two) years, extending for up to 2 years and/or processing with contract for an indeterminate period.
• Visa technical assistance
Applies this visa to a foreigner who wishes to enter to Brazil in 12 months due to technical assistance. This modality serves to meet the case of purchase, sale and rental of equipment with technical assistance or technical assistance in equipment resulting from the contract of agreement of the cooperation or covenant, without employment relationship (extendable).
• Visa technical assistance – regular 180 days
Applies this visa to a foreigner who wishes to enter to Brazil in a period not exceeding 180 days. This modality serves to attend cases of technical assistance, elaboration and application projects, provision of services, without employment relationship.
• Visa technical assistance-emergency 180 days
Applies this visa to a foreigner who wishes to enter to Brazil in emergency reason and urgency for a period not exceeding 180 days. This modality serves to attend cases of technical assistance, elaboration and application projects, provision of services, without employment relationship.
• Visa technology transfer
Applies this visa to a foreigner who wishes to enter to Brazil in 12 months due to technology transfer. This modality serves to attend training cases to Brazilian technicians due to the nature of the projects without employment relationship (extendable).
• Visa professional training
Applies this visa to a foreigner who wishes to enter to Brazil in 24 months due and receive professional training by the subsidiary, branch office or Brazilian main office without employment relationship (non-extendable).
• Visa - maritime cruise ships
Discipline the granting of a visa for work purposes without employment in Brazil in the period of 24 months to a seafarer who works on board a cruise ship along the Brazilian coast.
• Visa - international cooperation
Discipline the granting of a visa for work purposes without employment relationship in Brazil in the period of 24 months under an international cooperation agreement.

• Visa professional athlete

• Visa by family reunion
Granting of a visa for foreigners who have family ties in Brazil. By means of proof of family ties between foreigners and Brazilians, it is possible to apply for a permanent visa with an indeterminate validity.
This type of visa, as the name implies, seeks the meeting in Brazil of foreigners and Brazilians who have family ties through an administrative process.

Decree No. 6,975/2009 provides for the temporary visa for a period of up to 2 years, for foreign nationals of countries which are Contracting Parties to the agreement.
In the last 90 days of validity of the Permit, the foreigner can apply for visa processing in permanent, filled the requirements reported in the Decree.
